I could not find the chat on their main page. Maybe there was no support agent that time, or they simply have no chat. So, I have not received any clarifications, according to their service and was forced to search for it by myself.

Also, as for me, the prices are too high for the student. I know many other services with lower prices and a good reputation. But I thought that high prices are the guarantee of the perfect quality, but when I received the paper I was not fully satisfied with it.

First, I have written them a message about the revision, and waited so long for the answer. As there is no live that there, I had to check my mailbox every few minutes, as I have the strict deadlines in my Uni and I required to receive the completed revised paper in time. When I received a reply, that was not the “Yes, we will make you a revision in a minute”, they tried to prove me, that the paper was written properly. As I thought, only the Client and not the writer, or admin knows what he requires. So, I spent too much nerves and time, speaking with them, but my order was placed on the revision.

I will not use their services again, as they don’t care about an opinion of the Client and his requirements. Also, it seemed to me, that they don’t pay much attention to the quality of the written paper, but they care for profits. I don’t really like such an approach, as my opinion that: make your business professionally, and you will receive the good profit. Here I have not seen this.
