I have got a problem with writing my essay, and I searched for some guidance. And there I found info about the site essaybasics.com. First, I thought, that they provide people with the information only, but then I understood they offer writing help as well. I decided to check their site and to share my impressions with you.

First, I checked their prices, as I am a student and I know that usually things are a little tight, and price is a really important factor. Their prices are really high not only for the students, but even for ordinary people. $56 for the book report done in 24 hours? Really? The possible reason of such dearness is that they have really professional writers. I searched for the feedbacks in net, and I found nothing. I don’t understand how it can be so: perfect writers, but no grateful responses from satisfied customers.

When I decided to ask their support some questions, I discovered the terrible live chat. I didn’t know that people still use such a form. I entered my name and email, as requested and asked support agent some questions, but the agent was not informative. It was like he wanted me to place and order and that’s all. When I used essayshelp.org before this, the support agents were polite and they replied to my questions, but on the essayshelp.org support simply asked me about the future paper, and that’s all.
I decided to forget about this service, but I could not, because they started to spam me. They sent me the advertising info on the mailbox I entered to chat with the support agent. There were no fields, where I could confirm the mailing, so they did this without my willingness.

I can’t recommend this site, as they have audacious support agents, they spam people, and they have too high prices in comparison with the other writing services.
