Usability

Unbelievably simple website. The most important functions are accessible. And basically, it’s all I can say about it. In my opinion, they could have provided more information on how the process works, so that customers could orientate themselves easier.

The most important feature of this website is that customers can choose writers for their orders depending on received bids. So in a way, customers have a bit more control when assigning the tasks… however, with control comes responsibility.

There is an opportunity to contact support team by email, over the phone, and in online chat. It’s indicated on the website that support team works 24/7. I did not check that to be quite honest. I placed my order, chose a writer, and left to do my things.

Also, there is an opportunity to chat with writers before assigning orders and afterwards. It’s a big plus.

Price

As one can see on the home page of the website, the prices for most urgent orders – 1-6 hour turnaround – start at $25 per page. This is very cheap comparing to prices on other websites in the industry. On the one hand, since writers have to bid for orders, they can’t demand too much, because customers will choose less expensive offers. On the order hand, good quality papers cannot be cheap at all. A person with qualifications and knowledge won’t even consider working at a low price. My 24-hour turnaround order cost me $25. It’s not too expensive, but my paper was very simple by nature.
I’m sure price can vary depending on topic, availability of sources, difficulty etc etc.

Speed
