I have been a client of this site for two years. I always liked it`s services. The prices were great, paper delivery was always in time, support team was very friendly and eager to help. As for now, I can’t understand what happened. My positive impression was ruined by one very unpleasant situation. I trusted this site very much, but now I am really disappointed.

Price policy

As a regular customer, I was given 20% discount code. I was making orders two times a week. Everything was ok, but one day, when I made an order, the discount stopped working. I was puzzled, because the price appeared to be higher then it usually was. I found out that the prices were changed and nobody even informed me.

Quality of Support

I contacted the admin via chat and asked him to explain me the situation with prices and my discount. He told me that prices became higher and that that my discount was canceled. I asked him to make on more for me, as I am a regular customer, but the admin told me that I am lying. I was shocked. I`ve been ordering all my papers on this site, and now he tells me that I am lying. I was confused, but I needed my paper to be completed as soon as possible, so I made the order and asked a premium writer to be assigned for my paper.

Quality of paper

When I received my paper, I couldn`t believe my eyes. It was in a total mess. There were a lot of misprints, grammatical and lexical mistakes and other disadvantages. As I found out later, my paper was written by one of new writers, in spite of the fact that I asked and paid for a premium one. I didn`t ask for chargeback and I didn`t want to argue or quarrel with the admin.

Conclusion

I just stopped using this service. I perfectly understand that the administration of the site decided to change something, but all the changes should be made in order to improve something, but not to spoil. I thought that understanding and pleasant people were working on this site, but it appeared that now it is just full of persons whose main aim is to collect money and do nothing good to return. I am really sorry to write these words, but I am really disappointed. Next time i will return to Custom Paper Writing Service.
