Usability

This company can write any type of academic papers. They provide writing, editing, and paraphrasing services.
The website itself did not really impress me. I did not like the order form at all, but this is only my personal opinion.

Support

As indicated at the website, customer support works Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 18 pm. However, in FAQ section they say that they work 24/7. Why give this contradictory information? And when I asked about the working hours of customer support, I was answered impolitely, as if I asked a question that I should have never asked as if it’s something terrible to find out.

Price

The prices here are astonishing. I mean how can a good Master level case study written in 3 days cost $18.99 per page? The question arises – who writes the papers that they can keep their prices so low? Anyway…
From additional options, you can order additional proofreading by editor for extra $4.95 and plagiarism report for $2.95.

Speed

This company can provide a paper in 24 hours minimum. And taking into consideration that their support team is not always available, I would only order with turnaround period of at least 3 days.
Anyway, since I was not pleased with my chat with support, and became cautious because of extremely low prices, I decided not to order on this website. Well… I wanted to get my paper faster than in 24 hours anyway. So I ordered on Custom Writing Services and they delivered my case study in less than 12 hours; I also appreciated that they work round the clock and customer support is at least polite.

Quality

With respect to writing service, they offer 2 quality standards. Standard quality means that they assign any writer who is willing to work on your order and can do it. Premium quality implies they assign one of their best writers. Their support told me that it’s better to choose premium quality if the paper is really important.

Conclusion

Of course, it’s up to you to decide whether to order with this company or not. But to me, overly low prices did not become an inducement to make a deal.
